"Arizona Buyer's Guide"
Anyone buying real estate in Arizona for the first time must read this very handy brochure. Produced by the Arizona Department of Real Estate, it's only eight pages and it's a great summary "check list" of things to be aware of.  Just "click" the photo for your free copy for the "Arizona Buyer's Guide." (You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open this file). I highly recommend you print this brochure out.

"Arizona Real Estate & You"
This is an excellent sixty page info packet to understanding the basics of real estate.  "Arizona Real Estate and You" defines a lot of real estate expressions and teaches you some basics of the legal and practical relationship between buyer, seller, and real estate agents in the state of Arizona.
